Rotation Program
Orica’s rotation program works like this: firstly, we ask our graduates to take on real roles within the company.
Depending on which region you are in will determine what rotation program you are on. In Australia/NZ, each rotation role lasts for around a year. We work with the business and with you to look ahead of time at where your next rotation should be. We try to ensure that all our graduates have the breadth of experience they need to go in the direction of their interest. This means rotating across business platforms and sometimes into other fields. Facilitating interstate and international rotations is also a focus of the program.
At the end of the program, you’ll be able to step up into an exciting and responsible role in an area of interest to you. You may find that your career interests change throughout the program. No problem! Orica supports a flexible approach to rotation assignments.
Interstate Relocations
In Australia/NZ financial support is provided by Orica for interstate moves, including temporary accommodation, a set-up allowance for utilities, transport of your personal effects and travel to your new location.
