Orica Chemicals was formed in July 2008 following the merger of Orica's Chemical Services and Chemnet Division. Orica Chemicals manufactures, trades and distributes a broad range of industrial and specialty chemicals for use in a wide range of industries including mining, water treatment, pulp and paper, construction, dairy, food and beverage.
Orica Chemicals has a strong portfolio of manufacturing and distribution assets strategically located across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Latin America.
The Chemicals group has six business units: Chemicals Australia; Mining Chemicals; Chemnet New Zealand; Bronson & Jacobs; Orica Chemicals Latin America; and Marplex.
